How it Works

We Understand you Work with Imperfect Information

So, we give you three searches for free so you can try it out.

And we don’t let you run your search unless you meet the minimum requirement of each search field.

We want you to get value from our service. Not waste money on searches that would not return you a result.

To make life really easy, you can search using just one, two or all three fields. I’ll explain each below, so you make the most of the solution:

NUMBER

TCO number

If you know the TCO number you want to use then you can search it to see if the result aligns with your product

CODE

Australian tariff classification (8-digit)

If you know the 8-digit Australian tariff classification, then input that information in this field.

WORDS

Goods description / keywords

Maybe all you have is the goods description from the commercial invoice or the supplier’s website. If it is more than 8 characters, input it in this field

That’s it for the search fields.

Remember, you can use one, two or all three fields. The more detail, the more accurate the result.

ORIGIN

Country of origin (optional — for FTA note)

We’ve also mapped all of Australia’s current FTA’s. Input the country name or two letter country code. Do not put in Europe, Africa or ASEAN.

You need to input the exact country name. Until you do, the system will not let you search by country.

RECORDS

You can put the potential date of entry as a reference for your broker. It has no bearing on the TCO and/ or FTA check

Click on CHECK and the system will run and return your result

Broker Pack PDF

Once the search runs, you will see the relevant TCO’s and/ or FTA. You can tick and/ or untick these results. Once you are satisfied, you click Buy Pack or Buy Pack + Tracker and either download, email or print the PDF Broker Pack.

HAPPY WARNING: THIS IS NOT AI

We use a deterministic model. Thanks egg head, but what is that?

In plain English

It is not AI hunting for an answer and then making one up when it gets stuck.

What that actually means

  • No dice rolling. Nothing in the model is random. No “maybe,” no probability, no lucky guess.
  • Same question, same answer. Run it once or a hundred times and you get the identical result every time.
  • The rules are locked in. Cause and effect follow fixed maths, rules, or step-by-step instructions. No improvising.

Lookup only. Not legal advice. Not claim-ready information or advice.
